  1. Dear Ray,

I just learned about the passing of your father in 2018, and I am deeply sorry for your loss. I would like you to know that your father’s presence in my life was of great significance and shaped my future.Back in 2005, when I had the opportunity to live with him during my summer break, he showed me a level of American hospitality that I will always cherish.

Your father, Ron, was an exceptional man. He was hardworking and had a tough exterior, but beneath it all, he was a genuinely good person. His kindness and generosity extended beyond his own family, as he welcomed me into his home and treated me like one of his own. I will forever be grateful for the experiences and memories I shared with him during that summer. I remen the crabs I had for the first time in my live at his porch with you and Ron.

Losing a loved one is an unimaginable pain, and I can only begin to comprehend the void that Ron’s passing has left in your life.

Since 2005, many things have changed in my life. I now live in New York with my wife, Lilian and our 8-month-old baby. I have also started my own company, which has been both rewarding and challenging. I often think back to that summer when your father allowed me to stay with him, and I am reminded of the kindness and hospitality he showed me.

May your father’s soul rest in eternal peace, and may you find strength and healing as you navigate through this journey of grief.

    With kindest personal regards
    Marcin
