  9. Iโ€™m so sorry to hear of Marieโ€™s passing. She was very nice and energetic. We met in 7th grade and went to high school together. I remember her telling everyone how her dad had built a phone booth in her room for her. Sounded so cool. Everyone wanted one ๐Ÿ˜Ž. She tried out and became a cheerleader and wrote her own cheer for the tryouts.

  10. Marie was such a sweetheart! I worked with her at RD Sawyer’s as Parts Manager and she was always as helpful and friendly as can be. Such a dear sweet lady; I’m just glad she knew the Lord Jesus!

Stumpy Point – Ruth Marie Beall or โ€œMarieโ€ as she was known by most, passed away of natural causes in Nags Head, NC Wednesday March 22, 2023. Marie was 66. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathern Receveur and by her brother, J.G.

Marie was born in the Montgomery County Maryland area. She has resided with her family in the Stumpy Point, NC community, which she loved, for 20 years. Marie is survived by her loving husband of over 40 years, Stephen Beall of the Stumpy Point residence; her two sons, John Beall of Durham, NC, and Steven Beall also of Stumpy Point; her father, John Receveur; and a host of other relatives and family friends.

The family is honoring Marieโ€™s preference for the simplicity of cremation and the familyโ€™s plans for a private memorial gathering are pending. Please share expressions of condolence and support at www.gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
