Rhea Naomi Lynch Ennis Lovingood

Grandy- Rhea Naomi Lynch Ennis Lovingood died May 25, 2013 in Albemarle Hospital after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Rhea was born June 25, 1944 in Richmond, VA. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Lynch and Mildred Sawning Lynch, the sister of the late Robin Scotece and Dean Vatasik, and the first wife of the late Lee Lanning.

Rhea resided in the outer banks community for several years. She worked as a trained cosmetologist and most recently she was employed as a skilled cook in several local restaurants. She faithfully attended Manteo Faith Church. In her spare time she enjoyed reading the bible and volunteering her time to helping others.

Surviving Rhea is former husband Hubert Ennis, her five daughters Crystal Lanning, Cindy Perkins, Shawn Ennis, Candy Lanning, and Sonia Lanning, first cousins Patsy Landry and Tracey Frailey, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four nieces, two nephews, her church families, former co-workers, extended family members, and cherished friends.

The family will celebrate Rhea’s life Thursday May 30, 2013 at 5 pm at Manteo Faith Church in Manteo. Pastor Billy will officiate.
