Barco- Patricia Ellen Foley, 81, of Barco, NC passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014 with her daughter Linda Smith of Grandy at her side. Patricia is also so survived by two grandchildren, Valarie Smith of Currituck, Eddie Smith of Barco, and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Currituck County Animal Shelter.

There are no plans for a memorial service at this time.
