Mark M. Gratz

Mark M. Gratz died Thursday October 5, 2006.  He was a resident of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina and was born in Richmond, Virginia November 20, 1964.  Mark loved going to the beach and was great NASCAR fan.  Most of all he loved hanging out and having a good time with his friends.

Left to cherish the memory of  Mark Gratz is loving mother Kay Batkins Sneed of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina; his father John Chester Gratz of ; his grand father, Milton Linka of Quinton, Virginia, one brother Michael John Gratz; one sister Michelle Renee Gratz (Ross Lindley) of; three aunts Charlotte Hoyle (Lester) of Whitestone, Virginia, Nancy Winner (Warren) of Richmond, Virginia, Dale Batkins of Highland Springs, Virginia; one uncle, John Linka (Carol) of Quinton, Virginia and a host of cousins and dear friends.

A celebration of the life of Mark Gratz will be held at a future date. The family wishes to thank the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit and the Chaplaincy Services Department team of Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for the outstanding care provided.  Memorial donations may be forwarded to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital NICU or Chaplaincy Services at 600 Gresham Drive Norfolk, Virginia 23507
