Don Ameche Rhew

December 15, 2021

Manns Harbor – Don Ameche Rhew, 75, departed the earth on December 15, 2021 to be with the Lord. He would have been 76 on January 16th.

Don is survived by his wife of 56 years, JoAnn Rhew; four children, Phillip Rhew, Cathy Easter, Caren Rhew, and Phillip Rhew, II; brother, David Rhew; and sister Pam Price. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Don served proudly in the United States Army and loved to fish and hunt. He was a native of Bahama in Durham County. He was loved dearly and will be deeply missed. Rest in Peace our Angel.
