Adam Carl Cordova

Adam Carl Cordova succumbed to a long battle with diabetes Saturday March 29, 2008 in Nags Head.  He was born August 2, 1967 in San Miguel County, New Mexico. Adam was a resident of Kill Devil Hills for the last several years.  Before his health declined, Adam was a hard worker and advanced from a cashier to successfully manage several 7-Eleven stores.

Adam will be remembered as a good son and he will missed by all who knew him.  Left to cherish the memory of Adam Cordova are his mother, Theodora Cordova of the Kill Devil Hills residence, his father Andy Cruz of New Mexico; two brothers, Daniel Jessie Garza, Jr., and Samuel Tito Garza of Roswell, New Mexico, one sister, Jessica Garza also of Roswell, 13 aunts and uncles, 57 cousins, and a host of extended family members and dear friends.

The Cordova family will hold a memorial service Friday April 4, 2008 at Six O’clock in the evening at the Gallop Funeral Services Chapel at 6917 South Croatan Highway in Nags Head. A memorial service is planned in Rainsville, New Mexico at Noon on Saturday April 12, 2008.  Adam’s uncle, Deacon Raynaldo Cordova will officiate at both services. Memorial contributions in Adam’s memory may be forwarded to Theodora Cordova c/o Gallop Funeral Services, Inc.
