Steve Mathue Lepock, III

December 14, 2021

Steve Mathue Lepock, III, 30, of Moyock, NC, passed away on December 14, 2021 after a tragic car accident.

Steve was born on September 12, 1991 to Brook Cherry and Steve Lepock II in Norfolk, VA. After Steve graduated from Camden High School in 2009, he went on to study Business Management. Steve worked at Oceaneering in Virginia Beach, VA and graduated from their highly esteemed apprenticeship program in 2019.

Steve loved spending time with his family and friends.  He loved music and his hobbies included softball, bowling and Fantasy Football.

Steve is survived by his mother, Brook Cherry (Larry); father, Steve Lepock II (Alexandria); sister, Brynn Lepock; grandmother, Janet Burkle; grandmother, Yvonne Lepock; aunt, Kim Posey (Jason); uncle, Steve Burkle (Sheila); and cousins, Chase, Chance, Cody, Exavier, Elijah, and Jamyson.

Friends and family may view Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 2 pm to 4 pm or from 6 to 8 pm at Gallop Memorial Chapel in Barco, NC. The funeral service will be held the following day (Sunday, December 19, 2021) at the Barco Chapel at 1 pm with with interment immediately following at Moyock Memorial Cemetery.
