Neil Allen Mulkey

Manteo- Neil Allen Mulkey died unexpectedly at his Manteo residence February 15, 2021. Allen- as he was best known was 53.

Allen’s survivors include his wife, Cecilia Mulkey; his mother, Kay Nabers; his daughter, Erin Mulkey; his son, Rodrigo Mulkey; and his brother David Mulkey of New York. Also surviving is his aunt, his uncle, several cousins and other extended family members and friends.
