    kind to me. She will be missed.

  16. I delivered meals to Mary and Richard before his passing. Mary was always interested in my travels and my reading. She remained metally sharp for as long as I knew her. I am deeply sorry to learn of her passing but I know she had a long and happy life.

Mary Frances Wright

Mary Frances Wright, 97, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at home. She was born in Saratoga Springs, NY on April 12, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Wiley Toxey Leary and Frances Nichols Leary. Mary was predeceased by her husband, William Earl Wright in 2016.

Mary is survived by her three children; sons, Richard “Ric” William Wright and wife Peggy, William Earl “Bill” Wright, Jr.; and daughter, MarySue Wright-Baker and husband Wayne; grandchildren, Amy May, Grant Wright (Hollie), Kristin Fearon (Chet) and Livia Pippen (Aaron); great-grandchildren, Katelynn May, Emily Bailey (Chris), Avery, Ethan and Liam Fearon, Keely and Layna Pippen and Luke Helms; and great great-grandchildren, Logan and Leela Lane, and Oliver Bailey. She is also survived by her brother, Jack Leary (Mary).

A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 26 at 2:00pm at the Wright Family Cemetery in Jarvisburg, officiated by Rev. David Wallace. Please share expressions of sympathy with the family at gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services was entrusted with arrangements.
