Linda Susan Ackiss

Kitty Hawk- Linda Susan Ackiss ( also known as Tommy’s Mom) of Kitty Hawk departed this life on June 17, 2015 following a long illness. She began life in the Methodist Children’s Home in Henrico, Virginia and was subsequently adopted by Pratt and Beatrice Holt of Newport News.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Ackiss ( also known as Tommy’s Dad) of the Kitty Hawk residence,  and her son, Tommy Ackiss (Lisa), of Southern Shores. A memorial service will be held at Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church on Monday, June 29, 21015 at 11:00 am.
