She had a great sense of humor and had something funny to say to me so many times!! I will miss seeing her and her little dog!! Rest easy Jessie!! I will certainly miss you!!

Jessie Patricia Whitehurst

Jessie Patricia Whitehurst of Colington passed away peacefully at her sister’s Chesapeake, VA home Friday February 21, 2025. She was 82 and born in Norfolk, VA. Patricia- as most knew her worked in the telecom industry for many years.

Survivors include three children, Bryan Bolkcom (of Minnesota and Colombia), Sam Rivers (of Wisconsin), and Tess Adams (of Florida); three sisters, Martha Frugard of Chesapeake, Carol Bean of Norfolk, and Diane Whitehurst of Kill Devil Hills; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous other relatives and friends.
